Terms of Service

These terms are between you and LeeviiOS, the operator of this site and of the application you sign in to. By creating an account or using LeeviiOS, you accept them. If you do not, the answer is simply not to use it — there is nothing you have to do to opt out.

They sit alongside the Privacy Policy, which forms part of the same agreement.

LeeviiOS is a tool for keeping track of your own tasks, money, goals, habits and, if you choose, a few body measurements — and for seeing what matters next. Everything in it is information you entered. It is not connected to your bank, your email, your calendar or any other account, and it cannot act anywhere outside itself.

Leevii is the assistant inside LeeviiOS. LeeviiOS is the product; Leevii is one part of it.

The product deals with three subjects where that distinction matters more than usual, so it is worth being specific about each.

Money

Budgets, totals and balances are arithmetic on figures you typed in. They are not an audit, not tax advice and not a recommendation to spend, save or invest. Check anything that matters against your actual bank and, where it counts, with a qualified adviser.

Body measurements

The healthy weight range shown against your height is a general reference, worked out from your own numbers. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan and not a substitute for a doctor. It is deliberately optional, and if it is unhelpful to you it is meant to be left empty.

What to do next

Priority ordering is a calculation over deadlines and the importance you assigned. It is a suggestion about your own list, not a judgement about your life.

Leevii writes in plain language about figures the product has already worked out. It does not compute them. Every total, balance, percentage and streak in LeeviiOS is produced by ordinary tested code before the assistant sees anything, and what Leevii says is checked against those figures before it reaches you.

• Leevii cannot change your data on its own. It proposes an action; you confirm it; only then does anything happen.
• Leevii cannot send email, move money, make a purchase or touch any account outside LeeviiOS.
• Leevii has no access to the database and is given only a short summary assembled for that one request.

Language models are still capable of being wrong, and an occasional clumsy or unhelpful sentence is a fault we would like to hear about. Read what it writes as a description of your own numbers, not as an instruction.

You need to be at least 16 to hold an account, or older if the age of digital consent where you live is higher. One account belongs to one person; please do not share your sign-in.

Keep your password to yourself and tell us at hello@leeviios.com if you think somebody else has it. You are responsible for what is done through your account, other than where we are at fault.

The details you give us should be accurate. An account created with an email address you cannot receive mail at is one we cannot help you recover.

Your tasks, transactions, goals, habits and measurements belong to you. We claim no ownership of them, and we do not use them to train any model.

You give us only the permission we need to actually run the service: to store your data, to display it back to you, to back it up, and to send a short bounded summary of it to the assistant when it writes your dashboard sentence. That permission exists to operate LeeviiOS for you and for nothing else, and it ends when you delete your account.

You can take a copy of everything from Settings at any moment, without asking us.

The free plan is a real product rather than a trial, and it does not expire. Pro adds the weekly, monthly and yearly horizons.

Pro, monthly — $12

Charged each month until you cancel. Cancel any time and it runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Pro, annual — $99

Charged once a year, and cheaper than twelve monthly payments. The same cancellation applies.

Prices are quoted in US dollars and exclude any tax, which is added at checkout according to where you are. What you are actually charged is shown before you confirm, on the checkout page itself.

We may change prices. If a change affects a plan you are already on, we will tell you by email before it applies to you, and you are free to cancel instead.

Paddle.com Market Ltd takes the payment and is the seller of record. Your card details go to them and never to us; your receipt and your invoice come from them.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period so that the product does not stop working while you are using it. Cancelling is done from Settings, takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and needs no explanation to anybody.

When a subscription ends, your data is not deleted. The account returns to the free plan and everything you entered is still there.

We do not offer refunds as a matter of course. Pro is delivered the moment it is paid for and there is nothing to send back, so the way to stop paying is to cancel, which you can do yourself at any time and which always leaves you the period you have already bought.

Beyond that, write to hello@leeviios.com. A charge you did not expect, a renewal you had meant to cancel, or a stretch where LeeviiOS was broken and you were paying for it are all worth telling us about, and we would rather sort it out than point at this paragraph.

There is not much to say here, because LeeviiOS is a private tool with no way to publish anything or contact anyone. Still:

• Do not break the law with it.
• Do not try to reach another person’s data, probe the service for weaknesses without asking us first, or work around the limits of your plan.
• Do not automate against it in a way that degrades it for other people.
• Do not upload anything you have no right to hold, or use it to store other people’s personal data at scale.

If you find a security problem, please write to hello@leeviios.com before telling anyone else. We would much rather hear it from you.

We aim to keep LeeviiOS running and will not take it down for maintenance without cause, but we do not promise a particular level of uptime. It depends on hosting, databases and networks we do not own.

This is an early version of a product under active development. Features will change, some will be added, and occasionally something will be removed because it did not work. Where a change would lose data or remove something you rely on, we will tell you first.

You can close your account whenever you like, from Settings. It is immediate and irreversible, so take an export first if you want one.

We may suspend or close an account that is breaking these terms, being used to attack the service, or not being paid for. Except where something is urgent or unlawful, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first — and where we close a paid account without cause, we will refund the unused part of the period.

LeeviiOS is provided as it is. Beyond what these terms say, and beyond what the law requires of us, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose of yours.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for a decision you made on the basis of a figure in the product without checking it. Where we are liable, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

These terms are governed by the law of Bangladesh, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may still bring a claim there.

The date at the top is the date this document last changed. We will tell you by email before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use LeeviiOS after that point means you accept the new terms; if you would rather not, close the account and, if you are mid-period on a paid plan, write to hello@leeviios.com and we will refund the rest of it.
